At Evolve Dance Center, we are committed to our dancers and care about their goals. We believe that any goal is achievable if the time and effort are put into it! Evolve Dance Center provides a friendly and judgement-free environment for dancers to grow to their fullest potential.

 

With the guidance of our staff, we assist the dancers in evolving as both a dancer and a person. We love that dance means something different to each and every dancer and we cannot wait to embark on their journey. Our dancers are the #1 priority and we take pride in providing quality dance education to them.

MISS KARLEY

Owner and Artistic Director

Karley is the owner and artistic director of Evolve Dance Center. She has a background in dance education and choreography. She danced at her local studio, Dance Workshop,  from age 8 until graduating high school, where she went on to become part of the dance company at Bridgewater State University. Karley is a graduate of BSU and has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.  Karley is a certified personal trainer and Zumba instructor. One of Karley's pieces of choreography was chosen to be performed at the Dance Gala at Plymouth State University. Karley believes that dance is for everyone! She is truly passionate about dancing and hopes she can spread this feeling to every dancer at Evolve Dance Center.

MISS ANDREA

Dance Instructor

Andrea starting dancing when she was 5 years old and has loved it ever since. She started helping in dance class at a young age and then moved on to being a demonstrator at her childhood studio. Andrea went to Rhode Island College where she was a member of the Rhode Island College Dance Company and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance. Since then, Andrea has continued to share her love of dance by teaching students of all ages in all different styles of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and modern. She hopes to teach her students how to have fun and enjoy dance while still learning something new everyday.

MISS ALEX

Company Instructor

Alex was a dancer for over 20 years, starting out out in Swansea at Miss Janice's Dance Studio which would eventually become Miss Loralee's Dance Studio. Partaking in several types of dance ranging from lyrical, to tap and jazz and even some Irish step, Alex continued until she left high school. In college, she would join the Dance program at Bridgewater State University for both the Winter Dance and POPS! programs. This would include different varieties of choreography as well as becoming a choreographer during her senior years. Continuing in this creative journey to make new pieces, she is looking forward to teaching at Evolve Dance Center this year!

MISS JESS

Guest Instructor

Jessica grew up in the small town of Oxford, MA where she danced at her local studio for 13 years. She then attended Bridgewater State University where she received her degree in Dance in 2020. At BSU, Jessica trained and performed with the dance team for 4 years. She also choreographed numerous dances for the dance department and received departmental honors. Jessica is passionate about teaching and is currently working as a fourth grade teacher. She is excited to join Evolve this season and help students learn, gain confidence, and grow into the best dancer they can be.

MISS KEELY

Assistant Teacher

Keely  has been dancing since the age of two, studying a large variety of dance styleskes and techniques. A few of her favorites include ballet, lyrical, and tap. In addition, Keely is involved in competitive dance, being cast in "The Nutcracker", "In the Spirit", "Exchange Street", and other musical theater productions. She aspires to be part of the Boston Ballet, and the Rockettes in her future. Keely looks forward to sharing her dance knowledge and experience with our dancers!
